Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11 AM AEDT are typically dispatched the same or next business day. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with standard delivery timeframes applying based on your location.

📦 Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
Shipping rates for orders under $150 will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: During peak periods, public holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for collection from our pickup location (not shipped).

Please double-check this option before placing your order - especially if using Shop Pay, which may default to Local Pickup.

Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

If you selected Local Pickup by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
