Returns Policy 

We want you to love your purchase from The Wheat Patch. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have the safety tag still attached (our tags are sewn into the product)

  • Be free from damage, marks, or signs of use

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at thewheatpatchau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 3–5 business days

We’re unable to accept returns outside the 30-day window or for items that have been used or damaged.
